Responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle IT projects including planning, execution, and delivery
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across federal agencies
- Ensure compliance with FISMA, NIST, and federal IT standards
- Develop detailed project plans with budget tracking and risk mitigation
- Present progress reports to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Maintain security clearance protocols for sensitive systems
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies for delivery optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years federal IT project management experience
- Active PMP or CPM certification required
- Secret clearance (ability to obtain Top Secret)
- Expertise in federal acquisition regulations (FAR/DFARS)
- Proficiency with MS Project, JIRA, and Gantt charts
- Demonstrated success in managing $1M+ IT budgets
- Experience with cloud migration projects (AWS/Azure/GCP)
