As the IT Project Manager, you will oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring that digital transformation projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for enterprise IT systems and software development projects.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to define project scopes and deliverables.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure strict adherence to state government compliance standards and security protocols.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional project management experience in a government or large-scale corporate environment.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or PgMP certification is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or Asana.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and IT infrastructure concepts.
