Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement secure IT infrastructure for federal agency clients.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal security standards, including FISMA and NIST guidelines.
- Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, and network administration to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and training to junior staff members.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments, security audits, and system performance tuning.
- Document technical processes and maintain accurate configuration records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance (or the ability to obtain one).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal or government contracting environments.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and virtualization technologies.
- Experience with ITIL frameworks and service desk operations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
