Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal network infrastructure and IT systems to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues in real-time.
- Implement and enforce cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive federal data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support federal IT modernization projects.
- Conduct regular security audits and compliance checks in accordance with DoD standards.
- Provide technical support and training to federal staff and personnel.
- Document system configurations and update technical manuals as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a related technical field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent work experience).
- Active Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one is required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and standard IT management tools.
- Knowledge of federal regulations, such as FISMA and NIST guidelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable background investigation (Tier 5).
