Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal IT systems including network infrastructure and cybersecurity protocols
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for classified and unclassified government platforms
- Implement disaster recovery solutions and ensure system compliance with federal regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT operations and security posture
- Document system configurations and maintain compliance with NIST and DoD standards
- Lead incident response and system troubleshooting for critical government applications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Active DoD Secret security clearance required
- Minimum 3 years experience with network administration (Cisco/Juniper)
- Expertise in Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification
- Experience with FedRAMP compliance frameworks
- Ability to obtain/maintain DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II certification
