Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain local and wide area networks (LAN/WAN) for federal facilities.
- Implement and monitor robust security measures to protect federal data and systems from cyber threats.
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex hardware and software systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to upgrade legacy systems and modernize IT infrastructure.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance assessments to ensure strict compliance with federal standards (e.g., NIST, FISMA).
- Document network architecture and procedures to ensure knowledge continuity.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess or be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in network protocols, server administration, and cloud computing technologies.
- Strong understanding of federal cybersecurity frameworks and risk management.
