Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, servers, and workstations during off-hours.
- Resolve critical technical tickets and service requests with high priority and urgency.
- Ensure the security and integrity of sensitive state data through rigorous maintenance protocols.
- Perform scheduled system backups, patch management, and security audits.
- Conduct nightly hardware inspections and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Document all technical interventions and hand over status reports to day-shift teams.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in IT support, help desk, or network administration.
- CompTIA A+ or Security+ certification is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and maintain focus during night shifts.
- Strong understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, and network protocols.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
