Responsibilities
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot network hardware and software systems.
- Ensure compliance with government security standards and protocols.
- Monitor system performance and conduct routine maintenance.
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support to end-users.
- Document all system changes and maintain accurate logs.
- Collaborate with vendors to manage service contracts and upgrades.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Active Secret Clearance or eligibility to obtain one.
- Certifications: CompTIA Security+ or Network+ preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and TCP/IP.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
