Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex IT systems and network infrastructure.
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for end-users and internal departments.

- Conduct system audits and performance analysis to optimize operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to upgrade software and hardware systems.
- Document technical procedures, configurations, and incident reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Valid certification such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise operating systems (Windows/Linux).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced government environment.
