Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the organization's Windows Server infrastructure, including deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Monitor system performance and implement proactive maintenance to ensure high availability and uptime.
  • Configure and secure network devices, including firewalls, switches, and routers, ensuring compliance with state security protocols.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and implement software upgrades.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Certification such as CompTIA Server+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, or similar is strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems administration within a Windows Server environment.
  • Proven experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell scripting.
  • Strong knowledge of network protocols, virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware), and cloud services (e.g., Azure).
