Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server environments including Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Oversee cloud infrastructure migration and hybrid cloud operations
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for classified and unclassified networks
- Document system configurations and create disaster recovery plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades and patches
- Monitor system performance using tools like SolarWinds and Nagios
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required with ability to obtain Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years administering Windows Server 2016/2019 environments
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification
- Experience with VMware vSphere and Hyper-V virtualization
- Familiarity with FedRAMP compliance standards
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python)
- Ability to work rotating shifts and respond to after-hours emergencies
