Responsibilities

  • System Maintenance & Support: Monitor server performance, apply patches, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for state employees during weekend hours.
  • Help Desk Operations: Resolve IT tickets and provide technical support to internal staff, ensuring minimal downtime for critical government operations.
