Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for system development and modification.
- Design, develop, and implement robust database solutions, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for enterprise applications and internal systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and optimize existing workflows.
- Conduct regular system performance monitoring and implement necessary upgrades or patches.
- Document technical processes and maintain accurate system configurations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in systems analysis, database management, or software development.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or Java programming languages.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and virtualization technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.
