Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data to support federal mission objectives.
- Prepare detailed reports, charts, and presentations for senior leadership and government stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of government databases and record-keeping systems.
- Conduct research on emerging regulatory changes and compliance standards within the federal sector.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Legal, and Operations teams to streamline agency workflows.
- Maintain strict adherence to federal confidentiality and security clearance protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Information Technology, Data Science, Criminal Justice, or a related field (Graduates within 6 months of graduation are encouraged to apply).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect errors in complex datasets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical reporting.
- U.S. Citizenship is required for most federal roles; ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven government environment.
