Responsibilities
- Define the technical vision and architectural roadmap for our AI infrastructure through 2026 and beyond.
- Lead the design and deployment of high-performance machine learning models and neural networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing product ecosystems.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and efficiency in cloud environments (AWS/GCP).
- Conduct rigorous testing and optimization of AI models to reduce latency and improve accuracy.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on Machine Learning/AI.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale ML systems in production environments.
- Experience with cloud architecture (AWS, Google Cloud Platform) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
