Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and 5+ years in leading AI/ML architecture roles.
- Education: M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, unstructured problems using advanced algorithms.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects from conception to deployment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical presentations and stakeholder management.
