Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy large-scale machine learning models with a focus on real-time latency and high availability.
- Lead the technical strategy for the '2026 Roadmap,' integrating Web3 and IoT capabilities into core AI workflows.
- Mentor and manage a team of senior data scientists and ML engineers.
- Ensure data integrity, privacy, and ethical AI compliance across all platforms.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Optimize neural networks for edge computing environments and mobile devices.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of delivering production-ready AI solutions in high-volume environments.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/K8s).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
