Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-Ready Systems: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant AI architectures capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Lead Advanced Research: Spearhead research into Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), Large Language Models (LLMs), and autonomous decision-making agents.
- Technical Mentorship: Lead a team of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Model Optimization: Drive initiatives to reduce inference latency and optimize energy consumption for edge devices and cloud deployment.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the long-term technical roadmap, ensuring our AI capabilities remain ahead of the industry curve.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 4 years in a senior AI/ML architecture role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Specialization: Proven experience deploying state-of-the-art NLP and computer vision models at scale.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in managing high-performance engineering teams and driving technical strategy.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to architect solutions for ambiguous, complex problems in dynamic environments.
