Responsibilities

- Define the technical vision for the 2026 Initiative, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals.
- Optimize neural network performance for edge devices and cloud environments.
- Establish best practices for MLOps and model deployment.
- Conduct rigorous research on emerging AI paradigms and integrate them into our core stack.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in designing and deploying large-scale AI systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and transformer architectures.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability and efficiency.
