Apex Horizon Systems is currently recruiting a visionary Lead AI Architect to spearhead Project 2026, our most ambitious initiative yet. We are building the foundational intelligence layer for the next generation of autonomous robotics and predictive analytics.

Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design and deploy scalable, high-performance AI architectures for Project 2026, focusing on reinforcement learning and predictive modeling.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical vision and roadmap for our AI research initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry trends.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and manage a world-class team of data scientists, ML engineers, and researchers.
- Model Optimization: Drive efforts to reduce model latency and increase inference accuracy in real-time environments.
- R&D Integration: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Large Language Models, Edge AI) into our core product suite.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for executive leadership and cross-functional partners.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering or data science, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead technical capacity.
- Core Competencies: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Specialization: Proven track record in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
