Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of AI ethics experience
- Expertise in bias mitigation, fairness metrics, and explainable AI (XAI) techniques
- Proven track record of publishing peer-reviewed research in AI ethics or responsible AI
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex ethical dilemmas
- Strong background in machine learning model development and evaluation
- Certification in AI ethics or responsible technology governance preferred
