Job Description
At Nexus Horizon, we aren't just predicting the future; we are building the infrastructure for 2026 and beyond. We are seeking a visionary Lead AI & Neural Architect to pioneer the next generation of brain-computer interfaces (BCI) and adaptive neural networks.
Your role will be critical in bridging the gap between synthetic intelligence and organic cognition. You will lead a world-class team of engineers and neuroscientists to develop low-latency, high-bandwidth communication protocols that redefine human potential.
If you are passionate about the convergence of biology and technology and want to shape the cognitive landscape of tomorrow, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable neural network architectures for real-time BCI data processing.
- Lead the R&D strategy for next-gen human-machine interfaces, targeting deployment by 2026.
- Collaborate with neurobiologists to translate biological signals into actionable synthetic intelligence models.
- Optimize algorithms for edge computing devices capable of neural processing.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI and data privacy in sensitive biological data.
- Mentor senior engineers and conduct technical reviews for high-stakes projects.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Neuroscience, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI/ML systems.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in high-velocity R&D environments.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and CUDA for high-performance computing.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) applied to signal processing.
- Strong understanding of bio-signal analysis and neural plasticity modeling.
