Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, high-performance machine learning models and infrastructure for the Project 2026 ecosystem.
- Research & Development: Lead the research agenda in advanced NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning, pushing the boundaries of current AI capabilities.
- Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, ethicists, and engineers to translate theoretical research into practical, market-ready solutions.
- Publication & Thought Leadership: Contribute to top-tier academic journals and industry conferences, establishing Nexus Horizon as a thought leader in the AI space.
- Feasibility Analysis: Evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies to ensure Project 2026 remains at the cutting edge of technological advancement.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in machine learning research and development, with a proven track record of leading technical projects.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve ambiguous, high-complexity problems with creative, data-driven solutions.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
