Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the end-to-end technical design for our 2026 product lines, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term scalability.
- System Modernization: Overhaul legacy systems to support next-generation AI integration and real-time data processing required for the 2026 release.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the engineering department.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical strategies into clear, actionable insights for executive leadership and product management teams.
- Security & Compliance: Implement enterprise-grade security protocols to safeguard our 2026 data ecosystem against emerging threats.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with a focus on high-scale distributed systems.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Cloud Native technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Kubernetes, and microservices architecture.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to lead strategic technical initiatives, specifically experience in roadmap planning for future product releases.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive consensus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
