- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to pioneer research initiatives
- Present visionary roadmaps to stakeholders with data-backed confidence narratives
- Mentor a team of futurists to cultivate deep-domain expertise in emerging domains
- Author thought leadership publications that influence industry discourse
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite technology leadership
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial applications
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario modeling, and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for articulating complex future concepts
- Portfolio of published foresight work or implemented future-proof strategies
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFCS) preferred
