Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap with 3-5 year strategic foresight
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing future-proof products and services
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across biotech, AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Design and facilitate strategic foresight workshops for executive stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for innovation velocity and future-readiness metrics
- Manage relationships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Present future scenarios to board members and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, futurism, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services post-2020
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures to stakeholders
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major innovation initiatives delivered
