Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable systems aligned with the 2026 technological roadmap.
- Lead a high-performance team of engineers specializing in AI, Blockchain, and Cloud Native technologies.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies to predict and validate future tech trends.
- Collaborate with product stakeholders to translate futuristic concepts into deployable software solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and establish best practices for code quality and architectural integrity.
- Optimize system performance, latency, and throughput for high-volume data processing.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with proven experience in AI/ML frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker/K8s).
- Experience with vector databases and large language model (LLM) fine-tuning.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical leadership.
