Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum algorithms tailored for artificial intelligence workloads.
- Lead a team of researchers and engineers to translate quantum theory into production-ready software.
- Collaborate with hardware specialists to optimize quantum processors for machine learning tasks.
- Define the technical strategy and roadmap for Nexus Future Labs’ 2026 roadmap.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of quantum systems under varying conditions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to identify emerging technologies that could impact our architecture.
- Present complex technical concepts to stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software architecture, with a focus on high-performance computing.
- Deep understanding of quantum computing principles (Qubits, Superposition, Entanglement).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and Qiskit or Cirq.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and integrating them with non-traditional hardware.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of mentoring technical teams.
