Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable quantum-classical hybrid software architectures for high-performance computing environments.
- Lead a team of quantum engineers and data scientists in developing error-correcting codes and fault-tolerant protocols.
- Collaborate with hardware partners to optimize software performance on emerging quantum processors.

Qualifications

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum programming frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil).
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of quantum mechanics principles, quantum gates, superposition, and entanglement.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional technical teams and driving complex projects from conception to deployment.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems at the quantum level.
