Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Tech Roadmap: Create a comprehensive strategic vision for AI and Future Tech integration by 2026, aligning long-term goals with quarterly milestones.
- Lead Future Tech Research: Conduct in-depth analysis of emerging technologies, identifying trends in Quantum Computing, Neural Networks, and Sustainable Tech.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with C-Suite executives, product managers, and engineering teams to translate complex futuristic concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global tech landscapes to identify competitive advantages and potential disruptions to our market position.
- Innovation Lab Management: Oversee the internal 'Future Lab' initiative, fostering a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping.
- Thought Leadership: Publish white papers and speak at industry conferences to establish Apex Innovation Labs as the authority on 2026 technology trends.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is a strong plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Tech Strategy, Product Management, or AI Implementation.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term product roadmaps and executing complex technology strategies.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and emerging tech stacks.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in ambiguity and navigate fast-paced, evolving environments.
