Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize military supply chain operations for DLA's Columbus facility
- Analyze inventory data to forecast requirements and maintain optimal stock levels
- Coordinate transportation and distribution of critical military assets
- Implement and improve logistics processes following federal guidelines
- Collaborate with defense contractors and military units to support mission objectives
- Prepare and submit regular logistics reports for leadership review
- Ensure compliance with DoD regulations and security protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in federal or defense logistics
- Proficiency with logistics management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Knowledge of FAR/DFARS regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced government environment
- U.S. citizenship required
