Responsibilities
- Sort, organize, and deliver mail/packages to residential and commercial addresses
- Operate postal vehicles safely and maintain accurate delivery records
- Interact professionally with customers while resolving delivery inquiries
- Adhere to USPS safety protocols and weather-related delivery procedures
- Manage inventory of mail supplies and equipment maintenance
- Participate in route optimization and customer satisfaction initiatives
- Complete daily delivery logs and incident reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 70 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong time management and route navigation skills
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and documentation
- Reliable transportation to/from distribution center
- Background check and drug screen clearance
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
