Responsibilities
- Analyze existing programs to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
- Prepare complex reports and briefings for senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Conduct research and data analysis to support policy development and decision-making.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time.
- Monitor program budgets and ensure compliance with federal financial regulations.
- Facilitate communication between internal departments and external partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in program analysis, management, or a related field.
- Familiarity with federal regulations, policies, and compliance standards.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal background clearance (if required).
