Responsibilities
- Analyze complex program operations and recommend process improvements to enhance veteran service delivery
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies for resource allocation and performance measurement
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to ensure compliance with federal regulations and policies
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior leadership on program effectiveness
- Lead stakeholder engagement sessions to gather requirements and drive consensus
- Manage project timelines and deliverables using agile methodologies
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses for proposed program modifications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of federal program analysis experience
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, SQL)
- Strong understanding of federal procurement regulations (FAR)
- Experience managing projects with budgets exceeding $500K
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
