Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on city infrastructure including roads, sidewalks, and public facilities
- Operate heavy machinery and specialized equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with snow removal, landscaping, and park beautification projects
- Contribute to emergency response efforts during severe weather events
- Ensure compliance with city safety regulations and environmental standards

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Valid Maryland driver's license with clean driving record
- 1+ years of experience in construction, maintenance, or related field
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training provided)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
