Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance of city parks, facilities, and public infrastructure
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, hand tools, and power tools
- Assist in public event setup, cleanup, and crowd management
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Respond to resident inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Document maintenance activities and report facility concerns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on municipal projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in varying weather
- Basic knowledge of landscaping, construction, or facility maintenance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with hand/power tools and equipment operation preferred
