Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and cleaning of public streets, alleys, and municipal grounds.
- Operate heavy municipal equipment (dump trucks, sweepers, loaders) safely and efficiently.
- Inspect city infrastructure for safety hazards and report necessary repairs.
- Assist in snow removal, ice control, and emergency response operations.
- Respond to citizen service requests and inquiries in a professional manner.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C) with a clean driving record.
- Ability to perform physical labor in all weather conditions.
- Basic mechanical knowledge and understanding of safety protocols.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or possess valid work authorization.
