Responsibilities
- Process and verify incoming applications, reports, and correspondence with high accuracy.
- Manage data entry tasks for the night shift queue using departmental databases.
- Assist the public via phone or in-person during evening hours with inquiries and document requests.
- Ensure strict confidentiality of sensitive government records and personal information.
- Maintain an organized and secure filing system for all departmental paperwork.
- Collaborate with day-shift staff to ensure a seamless transition of operations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; additional clerical or administrative training is a plus.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
- Must be available to work night shifts (typically 6:00 PM to 2:30 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen as required by the state.
