Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls and emails during night shift hours.
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding billing, service outages, and account management with accuracy.
- Document all interactions and service requests in the government CRM system.
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex service issues.
- Ensure strict adherence to data privacy and security protocols.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all communications.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service or government administration preferred.
- Ability to work night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a rotating schedule.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and typing (40+ WPM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation required.
