Responsibilities
- Monitor and secure federal facilities and operations during overnight hours.
- Process sensitive data, applications, and documentation with high accuracy and strict confidentiality.
- Respond to security alerts, emergency protocols, and non-routine inquiries during the night shift.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Maintain accurate logs, records, and reports in accordance with federal regulations.
- Ensure compliance with all agency policies, safety standards, and security clearance requirements.
Qualifications
- United States Citizenship is required for this position.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; an Associate’s degree or higher is preferred.
- Previous experience in government, public sector, or customer service environments.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Federal Background Security Clearance.
