Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage federal data entry systems during night operations to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct routine security audits and facility checks to maintain a secure environment.
- Assist in processing government applications and documents with strict adherence to regulations.
- Communicate effectively with day-shift supervisors and remote teams regarding operational status.
- Maintain accurate records and logs of all night-shift activities and incidents.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on office equipment and report malfunctions.
- Adhere to all federal safety protocols and emergency procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be a United States Citizen and eligible for a federal security clearance.
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a federal, military, or high-security environment is a plus.
- Must be available to work full-time night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer proficiency in MS Office Suite and federal databases.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
