Job Summary:
The Night Shift Federal Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for managing the flow of goods, ensuring compliance with federal regulations, and maintaining accurate inventory records during off-peak hours.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage inventory levels for federal contracts using SAP and Oracle systems.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Process purchase orders and ensure all documentation meets federal compliance standards.
- Conduct nightly cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Liaise with vendors and internal teams to resolve logistics bottlenecks.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations during night operations.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP software.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
