Responsibilities
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of federal materials during night shift operations to ensure 100% inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate with federal oversight teams to resolve supply chain bottlenecks and logistical challenges in real-time.
- Conduct nightly security inspections and maintain strict compliance with NISPOM and facility access protocols.
- Manage shipping documentation, including bills of lading and customs forms, ensuring adherence to federal regulations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment to meet safety compliance standards.
- Process incoming freight and update inventory management systems with precision and speed.
Qualifications
- Security Clearance: Must possess or be able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or warehousing within a government or military environment.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Skills: Proficient in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with federal personnel and shift supervisors.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
