Responsibilities
- Monitor federal systems and data streams to ensure 24/7 operational readiness during night shifts.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain secure government databases in compliance with federal standards.
- Generate and review nightly reports to identify discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.
- Communicate critical alerts and operational status updates to on-call federal supervisors.
- Conduct routine system checks and troubleshoot minor technical issues without supervision.
- Adhere strictly to security protocols and confidentiality agreements.
Qualifications
- US Citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
- High school diploma or GED; Associate’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in data analysis or federal support roles.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a remote office environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
