Responsibilities
- Monitor & Analyze: Oversee real-time data streams and operational metrics during the night shift to ensure compliance with federal standards.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot technical and operational issues that arise after hours and escalate them to the appropriate teams promptly.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs and reports regarding night shift activities, system performance, and security incidents.
- Communication: Collaborate with day-shift teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless continuity of operations.
- Compliance: Adhere strictly to government security protocols, privacy regulations, and agency policies.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a government security clearance.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in government operations, data analysis, or a related public sector field.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with government databases (e.g., JDE, SAP) is preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, or a related field is required.
