Responsibilities
- Monitor federal facility surveillance systems and respond to security alerts during night shift operations
- Conduct routine patrols and access control procedures for high-security areas
- Enforce federal security protocols and document incidents with precision
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during emergency response situations
- Maintain detailed logs and reports for security compliance audits
- Operate advanced security technologies including biometric scanners and alarm systems
- Provide emergency first aid and crisis intervention as needed
Qualifications
- Active U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain federal security clearance
- Minimum 2 years of security or law enforcement experience
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency with surveillance systems and access control software
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision
- Strong written communication skills for incident reporting
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
