Responsibilities
- Monitor surveillance systems and respond to security incidents during night shift operations
- Conduct physical patrols of federal facilities and access control points
- Enforce security protocols and report suspicious activities to supervisory agents
- Collaborate with federal partners during emergency response situations
- Maintain detailed security logs and incident documentation
- Operate specialized security equipment including biometric scanners and communication systems
- Participate in quarterly security drills and training exercises
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain federal security clearance
- Minimum 3 years security or law enforcement experience
- Valid driver's license and clean criminal record
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong written communication skills for incident reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and security software systems
- Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods and climb stairs
