Responsibilities
- Monitor Federal Systems: Oversee critical federal infrastructure and data systems during the night shift to ensure 100% uptime and security compliance.
- Security Protocols: Enforce strict access control and security procedures to protect sensitive federal information and facilities.
- Incident Reporting: Document and report any anomalies, system failures, or security breaches immediately to the command center.
- Data Entry & Documentation: Accurately maintain digital logs, federal records, and shift handover documentation.
- Facility Management: Conduct routine physical inspections of the federal facility to ensure a safe working environment.
- Compliance: Adhere to all federal regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- US Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen to apply for this federal position.
- Security Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Secret clearance (depending on specific role level).
- Night Shift Availability: Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic understanding of network monitoring tools.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to identify discrepancies and maintain high accuracy in data processing.
- Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills for reporting purposes.
