Responsibilities
- Monitor and process incoming data and communications during night operations.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal compliance regulations and internal protocols.
- Perform routine audits of nightly logs and reports to verify accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and off-shift supervisors regarding operational status.
- Respond to urgent inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Maintain a secure and organized workspace throughout the shift.
- Assist in the training of new night shift personnel on standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with government regulations and security protocols is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to pass a mandatory background check and drug screening.
