Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain critical municipal systems (water, power, emergency communications) during overnight hours
- Coordinate emergency response protocols and dispatch resources as needed
- Document operational logs, incidents, and maintenance requests for morning handover
- Conduct facility security checks and implement safety protocols
- Collaborate with law enforcement, fire departments, and utility providers
- Manage inter-departmental communication channels during off-peak hours

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; associate's degree preferred in public administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in government operations, security, or emergency services
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license and clean driving record
